Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable after a recent remodel. However, they were a bit dark even with all the lights on. The service was lacking as the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive of my concerns. The location was a surprise, as it was in a degraded area next to a drugs rehabilitation center. On the bright side, the dining experience was pleasant with fresh and varied options for a nice breakfast.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious, clean, and had a big washroom, which was great. However, it was inconvenient that there was no fridge or safe available in the room, which we really needed. The service was helpful and accommodating, but there were instances where privacy was lacking. The location was a bit sketchy, especially at night, with a concerning presence of addicts and a red light district nearby. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience was satisfactory, offering filling meals at a fair price.
Staying at the hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms at the back of the hotel were very hot and lacked air circulation, with dirt on the floors and sofas, and a notable presence of junkies in the front. On the bright side, the service was friendly and available 24 hours a day.
The hotel has its ups and downs with rooms that didn't work well through the night and made strange noises, but on the brighter side, it's close to good food, markets, and the central train station. The staff, while very professional, were noted to be quite rude and easily offended. The location is a bit sketchy, being in a red light district with drug users and a high homeless population, although it's close to the main train station. The dining experience was sufficient, but not exceptional.
The hotel offers comfortable beds and furniture in the rooms, but lacks proper lighting and intercom. It is slightly overpriced for the amenities provided. The service was subpar with unfriendly staff and questionable towel exchanges. The location, while close to the city center, is marred by the presence of drug users around the property. The dining experience was overpriced for the limited options available.
The hotel offers big and clean rooms, but the absence of air conditioning can make it uncomfortable in hot weather. The service is lacking with only one staff member available who made a mistake with a forgotten item. The location is in a poor area of Frankfurt next to a drug rehabilitation center and a sketchy neighborhood. The dining experience can be pricey for what it offers. The facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel room had a strong food smell and the TV was not working. It only had a few non-English TV stations, no air conditioning, and no fridge. The elevator didn't go to all floors, leading to overpaying. The staff, particularly the manager and the housekeeping lady, were helpful when we requested a room change due to issues with the towel rail and wiring.
